Administrator/Marketing Coordinator - Architect’s Office
Small, design-oriented architecture firm seeks an Administrator/Marketing Coordinator. Our work includes educational, corporate, residential and public (federal government) projects. Responsibilities include office management, document management, liaison with suppliers and working with the principal in marketing. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated and who will work well with the architects, with clients and with suppliers.
Four years experience in office administration and/or marketing in an architect’s office is required. Good knowledge of Word and Excel required. Knowledge of graphic programs (such as Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator) a plus.
